Gary Blough, Service Manager for MAC Service is proud to be housed in a beautifully constructed 50,000 square foot facility boosting 25 oversized work bays is located on the MAC Trailer campus in Alliance, Ohio. Having a workforce of 60 individuals who have earned a respected reputation for workmanship that provides nothing less than a like new trailer when completed, individuals and fleet managers from across the country make a point to bring their trailers back to MAC for repairs.
With this level of service experience, repair expertise and customer satisfaction MAC Trailer is recognized by Progressive Insurance as being an Authorized Network Repair Facility for the states of Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Further, MAC is a member of the NTHECC (National Truck and Heavy Equipment Claims Council), a nationwide organization serving the claims industry that is responsible for identification and creation of standards for the repair of equipment.
In addition to the repair of all makes and models of trailers, MAC Service does PTO-wet kit installations, frame modifications, axle installs, mounts bodies and has the ability to handle all related fabrication and trailer-truck body needs.
When you are purchasing your next truck and trailer, be certain to contact MAC Service for the “Turn-Key Drive-Away Package”. MAC Service will have one or all of your trucks equipped with wet kits, axles, tanks, or whatever your needs may be. Your truck will then be hooked to your new or used trailer at time of delivery so all you have to do is “turn the key” – “drive away” and be “work ready”.
And when your trailer is not capable of being road pulled into our shop for repair, MAC Service has its own equipment to recover your wrecked or damaged trailers for transporting to Alliance.
