Insulation Options

 MAC Trailer Stainless Steel DOT 407 tank trailers feature durable Polyiso insulation to help maintain proper operating temperatures for the liquids being hauled. Fiberglass is used on the end heads for additional insulation, supporting consistent performance in a variety of hauling conditions.

Products Crude Oil, Ethanol, Denatured Alcohol, Refined Fuels, etc. (AL). Various Chemicals compatible with design of tank (SS). 
Shell Two Section Aluminum 5454-H32 Barrel 0.219" Top, Bottom, and Sides. 2B Finish (AL). 12 Gauge Type 304 Stainless Steel. #4 Polished Finish (SS). 
Manway(s) One (1) 20" DOT-407 Aluminum Manway Assembly located near center (AL). One (1) 19", 3-A sanitary, 2-Port, 4-Lug, SST Manway with White Hypalon Gasket, Located in Center (SS). 
Weld Finish W-0 Conforms to TTMA RP-24 (AL). W-5 Inside, sanitary finish, W-0 Outside, as welded. Conforms to TTMA RP-24 (SS). 
Suspension

Hendrickson Intraxx AANT23K, 23,000 lb. 
Reinforced Rings

Aluminum External Rings fully welded to Shell (AL). Continuously welded stainless steel rings, per DOT requirements (SS). 
Overturn Protection Overturn Protection: Aluminum Overturn Protection per DOT requirements (AL). Stainless Steel Overturn Protection per DOT requirements (SS).
